Clubhouse

The Village of Valley Green clubhouse is located at the North Conley Lane entrance to our neighborhood and is the focal point for many of the recreational activities offered in our community. Our clubhouse features a fully functioning kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave) with plenty of counter space and room for tables and chairs, which are maintained on-site. Free Internet WiFi is also provided. The clubhouse is available for rent by residents only for a fee and is a great place for your next family gathering, party, or meeting.  If you’re interested in renting the clubhouse, click here.

Swimming Pool
(Seasonal hours: 11:30am – 7:00pm)

Our swimming pool is located adjacent to our clubhouse and is available for use by the residents of our community and their guests. Each spring, pool passes are available for pick up by residents with ID at the pool after having submitted a pool application. Our pool and baby pool are staffed by Red Cross certified lifeguards. Our pool area has lawn chairs, a picnic table, umbrella tables,  restrooms, Internet WiFi, and a gas grill which is available for use by our adult community members.  If you are interested in receiving a pool pass for 2022, click here.   To see pool rules, click here. Tennis, & Basketball Courts

Our tennis and basketball courts are located in a locked, fenced area near North Conley, the main entrance of our community. The courts are available to VVG residents and their guests. Courts close during December – February.

Playgrounds

Four playgrounds are located throughout the Village of Valley Green and provide a variety of entertaining play equipment for the children of our community. Our main playground, located on North Conley Lane, features a new swing set, combination slide/swing/rope ladder play set, rock climbing wall, rock climbing tunnel, and a picnic pavilion with a charcoal grill. It is located next to a walking path and shaded area along the creek.

In accordance with the VVG Bylaws and Covenants, use of our recreational facilities is restricted to VVG owners and tenants who are current with their dues and assessments. VVG park hours are dawn to 9pm between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and dawn to 8pm all other months. You are required to apply for and present upon request a Swipe Card.
