New Pool Access Procedure
Step 1: Please submit your Pool Form below now (up to 2 weeks to process) You must be current with association dues and in good standing to use the swimming pool. Renters must provide landlord information for approval to use the pool. Make sure to read over the pool rules linked below.

Step 2: Management will require all residents to provide ID upon first visit to the pool to pick up your pass. 

Afterwards, you will need to check when your Swipe card is available at the Pool for your pickup.

Everyone will still need to sign in the Book each time you use the pool.

Opening day is Scheduled for May 24th.  Closing Day will be September 2nd.

Anyone that has not applied with PMI first and have their account in good standing will not be granted pool access. Applications are only available online at www.vvgreen.com, they will not be at the pool.

By submitting for pool access, you agree to adhere to all pool rules. Please click here for pool rules and information.

There are two options for submitting this application:

1. Online submission – Fill out the form on this page and click ‘Submit Application’ when you’re finished.
2. Paper – Call or email Carey Twigg at PMI for a paper applicaition. Complete and mail to:VGVWRA, c/o PMI

List the names of those in your household who will require pool access and any medical conditions of which the lifeguards should be aware.

Please Note: Only 6 residents per household are permitted. 

By submitting this application you agree to follow and assume responsibility for all minors in your care and guests, to follow all pool facility rules and policies set forth, whether said rules are posted, delivered, or verbally communicated.

Pool passes may be picked up at the pool on or after opening day.
