The Easter Egg Hunt for kids under 12 will be March 25 at 2PM at the clubhouse. All children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
We have a neighborhood clean up day scheduled for 05/12 9:00-noon meet at clubhouse at 9:00.
Volunteers, young and old, are needed to help! It is a great way to meet your neighbors and teach your children to take pride in where they live! This is perfect opportunity for Teenagers needing community service hours.
Also check the Calendar under the “News” tab for upcoming events and dates.
Monthly board meetings are now held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
Rec Cards for Basketball and Tennis Courts –
A Rec Card is required to use all common grounds including courts & playgrounds. New online form is available on VVG Forms page under Resources tab above. You may also print an application or contact PMI for one to submit via fax or mail. Renters must have their landlord submit the form.
Anyone asked to show their card and does not have one, may be asked to leave by residents or police. Refusal to leave will result in trespassing prosecution.
Purpose of the Rec Cards is two-fold: 1). to ensure residents are current with dues to use facilities, according to our Covenants and 2). as a safety and financial measure. The card has successfully deterred criminal activity and the destruction of property by non-residents, saving all of us money. As residents, you have a right to ensure your dues are used to maintain amenities, protect your property value, and provide safe enjoyment of our facilities.
Crime Watch is in Effect – More volunteers are needed to patrol regularly to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and to report to the police department. Even if you cannot patrol you can still help. If you are interested in helping, have any questions or concerns, please email our Coordinator at email@example.com
Please turn on your street/door light ever night to deter and better see suspicious activity.
If you see or hear disruptive behavior at common areas, you have the right to request to see Rec Cards, remind them of our rules, and/or ask them to leave. Report problems to firstname.lastname@example.org, PMI, and/or the police.
Please report the license plate of any reckless driving to police.
