Covenant, Bylaw and Rules/Regulation Enforcement

Covenants, Bylaws and Rules/Regulations are enforced. Walk-through inspections are conducted regularly. Please make sure you are in compliance with them in order to avoid violations and/or fines.

Top FIVE violations:

1. Non-compliance of trash can/recycling bin by-law
2. Parking on non-approved surfaces or spots (including lawns), and parking RVs, boats, trailers, commercial and recreation vehicles anywhere in community.
3. Failure to remove animal waste in both common areas and private property
4. Failure to maintain exterior surfaces free from algea and maintain painted surfaces (kick plates, windows, etc.)
5. Failure to maintain decks, driveways, and fences.
