It’s a fact! This neighborhood is made beautiful by you – the community. The more homeowners we have interested in actively participating in reaching our goals, the sooner you can be rest assured that VVG will remain a financially sound and enjoyable place to live.
VVG board is in the process of developing community-run committees for just this purpose. Whether you can commit an hour per month, or an hour per week, your time would be put to good use. Here are our current and active committees:
Covenants & Bylaws Committee
- Conducts regular inspections and enforces compliance of VVG Covenants & Bylaws.
- Answers questions regarding VVG bylaws & covenants.
- Generates ideas for modifying and developing bylaws.
- Reviews requests for homeowners’ architectural alterations.

Parks & Recreation Committee
- Develops & coordinates special community events for special occasions.
- Generates ideas to make VVG parks a pleasant, fun, and safe environment.
- Coordinates efforts for a community watch program.

Communications Committee
- Coordinates communications efforts throughout the VVG community.
- Maintains the VVG Website.

Maintenance Committee
- Oversees VVG landscaper contracts.
- Coordinates efforts to identify and maintain VVG property in need of repair.
- Coordinates efforts to empty VVG common ground waste bins.

Finance Committee
- Presents and oversees VVG annual budget.
- Oversees ongoing VVG financial affairs.
